To ensure a comfortable and environmentally friendly experience, we appreciate your adherence to these rules during your stay in the yurt.

  1. Deposit and Liability
    A €100 deposit is required, which can be paid by cash, card, or bank transfer.
    The refund will be processed after the yurt’s condition has been inspected. If payment is made by bank transfer, the refund may take a few days.
    If the yurt is excessively dirty or if damage is caused, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit. If the repair exceeds the amount of the deposit, an additional charge will apply.
  2. Use of the Yurt
    No shoes inside: To preserve the wooden floor and keep the yurt in perfect condition, we ask that you do not wear shoes inside. You will find a piece of furniture on the porch where you can leave them.
    Please note the interior fabric: The yurt is covered with fabric, so please avoid soiling or damaging it.
  3. Cleaning and Tidying Up
    At the end of their stay, guests must clean and leave the yurt tidy.
    Final cleaning is performed by our professionals, but if the yurt is found to be excessively dirty, an extra charge may be deducted from the deposit.
  4. Cooking and Dining
    Fried food and barbecues are not permitted inside the yurt to avoid lingering odors and unnecessary risks.
  5. Pets
    Pets are NOT allowed in the yurts.
  6. Coexistence and Respect
    Smoking is prohibited inside the yurt for safety and cleanliness reasons.
    Loud music, television, or radio listening is prohibited, as this could disturb other guests or disturb the tranquility of the surroundings.
    Parties are not permitted in the yurt.
  7. Responsible Use of Air Conditioning
    Responsible use of the air conditioning is recommended for the sake of the environment.
    Do not turn it on if windows are open or leave it running when you are not in the yurt.
  8. Damage and Breakage
    If anything is broken or damaged, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit. If the repair exceeds the security deposit, the guest must pay the difference.
